Vlastimil Cejna

Vlastimil Cejna, vice president, brings extensive experience in operations, project management, construction project support, equipment procurement, and client relationship management to Allied Engineers.

He is responsible for increasing efficiency and cost effectiveness of engineering development, design and construction of wastewater treatment plants. Mr. Cejna has a proven record in both mid-size and small engineering and manufacturing companies in the US and in Europe.

Prior to joining Allied Engineers he supervised a 300,000 gpd wastewater treatment plant project in Czech Republic, including the interface with local regulatory agencies, selection of equipment suppliers and scheduling of the construction for the project. He acted as a liaison between Allied Engineers and the town of Trebenice and had full responsibility for the project's completion. He also supervised the construction of a 90,000 gpd tertiary wastewater treatment plant at the Quail Lake development in Fresno County, California.
